Meet the Owner
My name is Tenelle McGrew and I am the owner of Lift with A Twist LLC. With at least 15 years of experience in the moving industry, I decided it was time to start my own company after the pandemic. I came to Columbus in 2019. I would hear horror stories from the customers I was providing services to as they recalled past experiences. Movers that never showed up, last-minute cancellations, hours late, and they didn’t have any customer service. This prompted me to take charge and establish Lift with A Twist LLC on May 2, 2022.
The only way to motivate change is to be a part of that change, and I want to change the moving experience. Relocating shouldn’t be a nightmare. Moving is stressful enough. When customers book with us my goal is for them to be able to relax and know that they are in the hands of professionals.
I want to enhance the moving experience for the individual while serving central Ohio and surrounding areas.

The feeling that comes along with the last-minute call from a customer who just needs someone to help. They call us the “Same Day Bandits”. If I can get a crew assigned, we are on the way.
Being a part of someone’s new beginnings is its reward! Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym to stay fit. Family is important so I invest time with my loved ones. I would call myself a soccer mom, but gymnastics gets my support and attention. My favorite pastime is TV so if my goal is to relax and just waste time for the moment Netflix and chill would get my vote.

Showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently! Money so well spent (and they were actually cheaper than the other quotes i got!) They were cautious and aware of walls and hardwood floor in the house. No damages done, and they were in and out quickly! Navigating stairs and narrow doorways easily! So glad I went with them!
